An order can be cancelled and refunded only prior to submission of specimen for testing.
You may cancel within 7 days from the date of order to get a 100% refund. We will charge $20 cancellation fees if you cancel between 7 and 30 days from the date of purchase. Order cannot be cancelled after 30 days from the date of purchase.
